A clear quote makes the decision easier.
Build a budget that explains the decision, rather than a number that hides its assumptions. Compare professional work, authority charges and the cost of keeping the chosen structure operational.
Five lines every useful quotation should explain
| Cost category | Ask the provider | Record before accepting |
|---|---|---|
| Professional work | Which preparation, submissions and coordination are included? | Deliverables, responsible provider and exclusions |
| Authority charges | Which fees apply to this activity and structure? | Basis, evidence and whether paid at cost |
| Premises | Does the address suit the activity and how long is it covered? | Term, deposits, renewals and approval dependencies |
| People and residency | Which permit routes are being considered and separately assessed? | Applicants, duration, conditions and separate charges |
| Ongoing operation | What happens after the company record is issued? | Renewals, records, accounting and handover responsibility |
Compare scope before comparing totals
Separate the commercial choice from the registration task. Define what the business must do, who controls it and which conditions would change the investment decision. An apparently lower quotation can exclude a dependency another provider has included. Ask for one version that names every inclusion and every assumption. Keep one-time work separate from recurring charges and ask how any applicable tax will be shown.
Use your own amounts
No fixed formation price is asserted here. The activity, applicant profile and responsible providers must be confirmed first. The worksheet below calculates amounts you enter; it does not look up government fees or create a quotation.
