Include three useful details
- What would make this plan commercially worthwhile?
- Which ownership or activity assumption needs confirmation?
- Who can approve the next commitment?
Keep the first message short
Describe the activity, current stage, intended timing and the help you want to scope. Do not send identity documents, bank details or confidential records in the first enquiry. The recipient inbox is still being configured; the composer prepares a draft that you control.
